While searching the internet I came across your name. I found it strange to find a Cathy Seipp, The only Seipp I have ever heard of is my father, Frank Fredrick Seipp and his brother Donald W. Seipp. My father is 81 years old. His family is from North Platt Nebraska. My grandmother, Minnie Plagmen Seipp, family came from Germany. Her father was Albert Plagman.
Is it possible we are related?
